Arjun Kapikad was born on 2 February 1990 at Mangalore. His father is renowned Tulu actor Devdas Kapikad and mother is Sharmila Kapikad. He did his schooling from Sharada Vidyalaya Mangalore. Arjun has an MBA degree from SDM College of Business Management Mangalore.
Arjun is an actor and singer, who appears in Tulu films. He made his acting debut with the 2012 movie, ‘Telikeda Bolli’. In 2014 he appeared in two Tulu movies named ‘Rang’ and ‘Chaalipolilu’. He has consistently acted in several Tulu movies such as Oriyan Tunda Oriyagapuji, Dhand, Chandi Kori, Barsa, Are Marler, Karne, Yera Ullerge, Jabardasth Shankara, Abatara etc.
Arjun has dubbed for Rishab Shetty in Tulu dubbed movie ‘Kantara’. In 2022 Arjun made his directorial Debut in a Tulu film named ‘Abatara’. Arjun also occasionally sings for his movies, he has sung in Chandikori and Barsa movies.
Arjun Kapikad married Kavya Bangera on 4th December 2017, couple have a daughter named Avika.
