Here in the above chart we can observe that the word āni can also be used for “day”. This can be noticed in general dialects of Tulu. For example: March muppattoñjanettāni (on March 31st). We cannot use āni, nāL in days of week.

In the above chart, the word āre is used, (for e.g., tiṅgoḷ + āre). Instead of ārè we can use ājè too. For example nērāje, tiṅgoḷaje, aṅgājè … are correct.
